Vitamin C
We’ve been hearing for years that Vitamin C is the best anti-aging ingredient. It’s a potent antioxidant that protects the skin from free radicals, the unstable molecules that contribute to the formation of premature wrinkles and fine lines on the skin.

Vitamin C also helps fade dark spots, evens out skin tone, and increases radiance. As if that wasn’t enough, research suggests that when vitamin C is applied to the skin, it significantly reverses aging-related structural changes by influencing collagen and elastin synthesis.

It’s in the brand’s most popular product, Exuviance Radiance Serum.

Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs)
Exuviance is well known for their use of AHAs throughout their line of skin care products. For example, The Exuviance Serum contains mandelic acid and the Exuviance Peel contains glycolic acid. Both of these AHAs can improve the skin’s tone and texture through exfoliation. 

Specifically, AHAs exfoliate the skin by targeting corneocytes (dead skin cells that make up the top layers of skin) in a process called corneocyte desquamation. By enhancing their breakdown and increasing the separation of skin cells, the rate of cell turnover is increased, leading to smoother, brighter skin. Mandelic acid has a larger molecular size than glycolic acid, which means it penetrates the skin slower and has a lower risk of causing irritation.

Polyhydroxy acids (PHAs)

Gluconolactone provides anti-aging, antioxidant, and gentle exfoliating benefits without sun sensitivity. Lactobionic acid is a patented ingredient that helps to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles, discoloration, enlarged pores, and roughness through gentle exfoliation. In addition, lactobionic acid is a potent antioxidant that has been shown to target naturally-occurring, skin degrading enzymes to help maintain a youthful look. For example, one long-time user of the Exuviance Peel shares, “I have been using this product consistently for the past three years. It is a staple in my skincare regimen. I use it once weekly on my normal skin to control texture that forms around my mouth. My skin glows because of this product. I would recommend this product to anyone with any skin type. However, Exuviance reviews for the Age Reverse Hydrafirm moisturizer are pretty mixed. While there are positive reviews from customers who enjoyed how well this product hydrated their skin, there are quite a few negative reviews to keep in mind. Most of the negative reviews comment on how this moisturizer is not worth the price because it doesn’t work well. For example, one reviewer says, “I bought this product 2 months ago and my first impression was great smell and smooth texture, but once it dried it started flaking and made my skin feel tight and dry. It’s the first neck cream that has made a difference in removing those fine lines we begin to see in our neck as we age. My forehead concentration lines (sounds better than wrinkles) are also diminishing. Overall my skin feels and appears hydrated. Thank you.

    Hi,
    I read your review from Jan. 2015 on Exuviance product. I’m thinking of possibly buying the (Overnight Recovery Mask) for my deep wrinkles (crows feet, between brows, underneath eyes & cheeks, between mouth etc.). I am over 60 and often skeptical on many of these quality products but trying to avoid a facelift.
    Has this product been a great advantage to you regarding wrinkles, sun spots etc.?? I noticed it is not in top 3 for derma products.

    I received a few free samples when I purchased the Performance Peel AP25, after finishing the 6 week challenge I saw a drastic change in my complexion – for the better. Also, I used the Vespera serum at night after applying the overnight antioxidant masque. My complexion and tone are clearer, oil production has evened out and I’m confident not wearing makeup everyday. I’m 28 and have suffered from an oily acne riddled face up until using exuviance. I stand behind this company 100%!

    I gave these products 3 stars because I’ve only just started using it (3 weeks) so I haven’t had a chance to see all the results it claims. I have however noticed that my skin texture is more even and supple. Also, the great new is that I found a website Lovelyskin.com that offers a 25% discount on Exuviance almost ALL the time. And discounts on alot of other great skin care and make up brands.

    Switched to their Exuviance Age Reverse now that i have a few wrinkles.

    I have tried to order your Exuviance cover blend powder in beige, I was notified, it has been discontinued, why? this was the product that work for me really good,pairing up with the cover up concealer, to cover my vitiligo, I’m Olive color skinned, this set the concealer all day and any other setting powder does not work and do not do it’s job the way this Exuviance cover blend powder in beige did..I hope the Exuviance company will make more, people like me need it,,badly. thank you: Marie N Curley

    I really like Exuviance skin care products. They are fairly priced and they work. I have paid two or three times more for products that are useless. I have not bought Exuviance over the internet as I can source it down the road but I would give this brand my strong recommendation.
