Orders that are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may take up to two weeks to reach their destination. Delivery is available to Canada for a rate of $20.95. Some products are not available for shipment to Canada because of border regulations. Philosophy Skin Care Refunds and Returns
Customers who want a refund can only return their products directly to the company if they were purchased from the site, over the phone, or from a Philosophy Skin Care store. If the product was purchased from a third-party retail store, it must be returned there. All returns to the company are accepted before 60 days of the purchase date with a return authorization code or the original packing slip, along with the customer’s name, address, and other information.
If a free gift was included with the order, it must be returned as well. Customers should see the refund reflected on their bank statements within two to four weeks, and the cost of shipping is not included in the return. Any products that are purchased which benefit charitable causes of Philosophy Skin Care are non-refundable.
